AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

As part of the Sudbury Television network, all Executive Producers and Content Distributors agree to:

   • Provide an active online link to your channel (website, YouTube, or other social media platforms).

   • Ensure the link is updated regularly and remains functional.

2. Content Contribution:

   • Produce and curate engaging, high-quality content that resonates with Sudbury Television’s values of community, curiosity, and creativity.

   • Maintain a regular posting schedule to keep your audience engaged.

3. Branding & Registry Maintenance:

   • Your channel will be listed in the Sudbury Television Guide (STV Guide) as an official member.

   • Sudbury Television will assist with initial setup and routine maintenance of your channel portal.

4. Revenue & Licensing:

   • Maintain ownership of all your original content while participating in potential revenue-sharing opportunities within the Sudbury Television network.
